Cancellation

The cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival. For cancellations between 6 days and up to 2 days before arrival will be charged the first 2 nights. If canceled 1 day before arrival or "no-show" will be the first 3 nights.

Children and extra beds

• Children under 4 years stay free of charge.
• Children from 5 to 14 years costs € 10, - per night.
• 2nd child stays in the studios and suites free. Older children or adults are charged € 20, - per night.
• Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.
• Supplements for additional beds will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Domestic animals

Small pets are allowed.
